Social Centre is carrying forward the mission of our country, “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao” meaning ‘Save and Educate’ the girl child. Commercialization has had an adverse effect on the young girls and women. They are seen as a commodity rather than a human being and their rights to live with dignity is abused. Social Centre implements the ‘Saheli’ project for adolescent girls to provide them with educational and training opportunity.Bicycles are provided for deserving girls to continue their higher education. Counseling adolescent girls and their group formation in the villages help to form them and impart learning and life skills.
