Skill development and assured employment for rural youth is of prime concern. Lack of viable livelihood opportunities are the major causes for their migration to urban cities in search of livelihood. Social Centre works for training youth with vocational skills, so that they may live with dignity and settle in their own villages and live a happy life. Vocational skills, farming and non-farming trainings are imparted to youths and they are linked with agencies to take up collective microenterprises in their communities with available resources.
